Our Client has an immediate need for a Semiconductor Maintenance Technician. This position will be responsible for performing electrical and mechanical troubleshooting to determine problems in non-functioning electro-mechanical equipment used in the semiconductor manufacturing process. This position will work on a 12 hour shift rotation and all applicants must be flexible to work either day or night shift. Responsibilities: Dismantles, adjusts, repairs and assembles equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, operating or repair manuals, rough sketches or drawings Uses test and diagnostic equipment to perform equipment checkouts Rebuilds manufacturing equipment as required Responsible for running tools and various production equipment Pay range: $14 - $18 hour plus shift differential. Requirements: Minimum of 1 - 2 years of related experience in a manufacturing environment Ideal candidates will have semiconductor maintenance experience Familiarity with vacuum systems and chillers Ability to stand for 12 hours at a time with the flexibility to work overtime as needed Must be able to be autonomous and work with little supervision Strong communication skills and attention to detail High School Diploma or GED Criminal background check and drug screen This position requires access to technical information that is controlled under U.S. export regulations. Individuals who are not a U.S. person - defined as a U.S. citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident, asylee, or refugee - may require a validated export license from the U.S. Department of State or U.S. Department of Commerce prior to occupying this open position
